Horse wont stand still. Stop or let me mount? I have a few things that are becoming an issue that id like your advice on how to fix and improve.I have five horses, 2 tennesse walkers, 1 rocky mountain, 1 quarter horse, and a appaloosa mustang! 1. My appy is a spooky horse which is not the problem, the problem is is that when i go to mount him, he backs up, turns and acts stupid. How can I fix this? 2. He also,will not take a bit so i use a hackamore which we are both more comfortable with! But when I am riding him he will not stop, I have to pull back on him really hard, which I dont like cause he is a trail horse and I need him to stop when asked. How can i fix this? 3. When im riding him and i get him to stop, he will not stand still he wants to keep walking or he turns around really quick and wants to walk the other direction. How can I fix this?
