How can I calm my pony down? Hi! I have a big problem which sometimes scares me but not all the time. I haave a 14hh black quater horse called jet whos gorgeous, he's only just been broken in but he gets all fusterated when you ask him to do something. Once on his on of his first rides he even decided that to erase his troubles he would sit down! nearly everytime I ride him i get thrown off! he does everything though nearly perfect, he collects himself, half passes etc. BUT sometimes when my coach tells me to be a bit more aggressive because he starts getting frusted and throws a tantrum, so I squeeze with my heals . . no response. . .kick kick! TAP TAP!He throwns up his head and bucks! My coach tells me to get his head down but that makes him even angrier. Today when I just asked him to go forward he wouldn't move! really surprising since he normally throws a tantrum, so squeeze squeeze . .nothing. . kick tap . . nothing! so I whacked him real hard and he reared up! Dont tell me i can't ride because i can and me and my coach train horses together but ive never seen a horse like him! he's so soft and lovely to ride i dont have to use my hands at all, he loves your seat :) but now when he starts getting flustered I'm scared to do sowmthing because i always end up on the ground! He has perefect ground manners and I dont know what to do!
