If you are going outside then it really becomes very troublous situation. At that situation might be your neighbor can help you. You can tell them that for particular occasion it is very important for you all to go. And I am sure that they will understand you and help you.
You can keep maid servant or a horse care taker. This is also the best option to do. You just have to guide them and tell them that what type of task you have to perform.
That is enough to do.

I know your situation. The person running the farm often faces this problem. But this can be eradicated by telling to your neighbors. They are the one who stays beside you so they will definitely take care of your firm.
For this you have to be kind and polite to your neighbors always. If you are having any trouble with your neighbors then you can keep you faithful person to take care of your farm. This would I think is the another option. Now, by doing this you can freely enjoy the atmosphere of your occasion.

This situation comes. It is true that when this term arrives then it becomes very difficult for horses. The only solution for this which comes in my mind is you can keep a maid for this which can routinely give them all proper treatment.
A good contact with your neighbor can also help you. We say that “neighbor used to help in difficulty”. So they will for sure handle the situation.
