Hi Tx79GiRl,

What you are describing can turn into a very dangerous situation. Not knowing what her obedience training has been like, I would recommend going back to basics and make sure she listens to obedience commands without fail. Next, until she can be trusted again, DO NOT let her off leash while outside. If your dog bites someone, the decision of what to do with her may be made for you as she would most likely be euthanized. She seems not to like children as a rule which suggests to me she may have been handled roughly by them and she doesn't want to deal with them anymore. Do not leave her unsupervised with you children and when they are with her, take the time to make sure they are very gentle and do not annoy her or force her to do things that would irritate her. Everything in small doses until she can rebuild her confidence in being around them. Once that is done you can move on to allowing her to be around other children and people.
