How to take proper care of a cat?
I recently bought a 4 month old cat. I never had a cat before and I am quite skeptical regarding her proper care. Can anyone tell me how to take proper care of my cat regarding feeding, grooming, litter box etc. In Cat care & grooming Asked by Tomcat 4 Answers 404 Views 2 years ago Resolved |

Make sure that you clip the claws of your cat with the help of nail clippers that is designed especially for the cats. While you are clipping the nails be careful that you don’t clip the nail beyond the pink area. It is so because if you do so, it would be really painful for your cat. Since cats have a delicate stomach and are prone to diarrhea, be very cautious about selecting their food. You can go for canned food or the dry ones; depending upon your choice. Make sure that you bath your cat once a week with baby shampoo. Answered by CALIC007 2 years ago

Taking proper care of a cat is a very serious business. Try to give fresh water to your cat at least twice a day. It is important to do the brushing regularly and keep the nails trimmed. Give her stuffed toys to play with like fake mice etc. Make sure that you take your cat to the veterinary doctor every six months and take her to a dentist to clean the teeth in every six months. I think that these suggestions would be helpful for you. Enjoy your stay with your pussy cat. Answered by Marcee 2 years ago

If your cat stays indoor most of the time, then there is no need to get her bathed. If she gets dirty, then bathe her once in a week and not more than that. The most important thing that you need to follow is that you should brush your cat very often to prevent knots in the fur. Do ample amusement for your cat by giving her various kinds of stuffed toys. This in turn would make your cat play and would not get lazy. Don’t forget to give her shots every year from a vet. Once in a while try to give some special treat to your cat like some delicious canned food. This would make your cat very cheerful. Answered by Crazycat 2 years ago
