It is very difficult to clean a frog terrarium? Can any one help me?
Cleaning a frog terrarium is not a big problem. But the problem is the slime of the frogs. It is not coming out. I have tree frogs which stick to the terrarium’s glass. I have tried the terrarium cleaners but nothing work. At first it seems to be clean but when it dries nothing happens. The spots are still there. What should I do to remove it? To clean the tank you only have to dump out all the old bedding and everything in there. You can keep your frog in another tank. Then take a wet piece of cloth and wipe your terrarium inside and outside. You can also wipe out everything in it like wood climbing stumps or water dishes. After cleaning it place your frog back to its own terrarium. But remember never use any type of soap. It is a very important point because frog can absorb everything through its skin. There is no requirement to take out every thing from the terrarium like water, decorations and the frogs. You have to just put the terrarium over a very high flame of the stove. Yes the entire terrarium you have to take. Then leave it there for 2-3 hours and after 3 hours of boiling you will see that your terrarium is looking clean and new. If you want to take out all the contents and then boil this also you can do it. Answered by Aston66 1 year ago

First of all put your frogs in the smaller terrarium before starting the cleaning process. You can use mild hand soap. After washing it leave it for few minutes to dry. Before putting them back make sure it is clean. If you have some live plants in your frog terrarium then they should also be removed before washing it. Answered by Redsnake 1 year ago
