Well, if you cant own a horse, you could consider leasing one. It's cheaper, and you can split the costs with the owner. Of course, that also means that you can only ride when that person isnt riding, but its better than nothing. Sorry i couldnt be of more help!

You are 15 years old. Your parents care for you. If they are ignoring and telling you that you don’t have to buy the horse then there must be any specific reason behind that. You as a child should take care of them instead of forcing them.
This is the matter which I want to tell and suggest but if you are still static on your decision then you can do part time job. I think for that you are eligible but don’t follow wrong track.
You can ask to your nearest person for the job.
All the best!

As you have said that your father is not allowing you to buy the horse. One thing which you can do is part time job. I think that your age fits for part time job. But I want to also tell you that you should obey your parents. They think always right for you.
So wait and when they will allow then buy the horse. Suppose you have bought then you also have to take care of it. The grooming and other things also cost very much. May be your part time job would be not enough to manage the whole grooming and care of the horse.
If still you are rigid on your decision then apart from doing job there is no other means.
