My cat's wound is purple?
A week or two ago my cat came home with a small open wound, we took him to the vet and they gave us some medication to help him heal up. The wound is all healed up now, but I've noticed that the area where the wound was is purple, no puss is leaking from it, it just looks bruised. Is this normal? Should I take him to the vet? I kinda need to know if its serious though. I wanted to take him to the vet but my parents wouldnt let me unless its something really serious. I don't want to lose my cat... please help?
