Puppy wil only go to toilet in certain location. Any solution?
Hi. My 4 month old king charles cav. will only poo and pee out side on my balcony. When I bring him for walks he does all the useuall things like sniffing running and playing but wont go to the toilet. Then as soon as he comes home its off out to the balcony to relive himself.
