Should I get my bird a companion?
I have a Female Quaker that is around 9 years old. Her companion died around 4 years ago, and she has had a mean temperament ever since. Would a new male companion boost her spirits any? I would plan on getting one around her age. She is currently possessive of her cage, at least with humans, but the cage is custom built with more than enough room for two birds.
