I hope that you must be doing the things which I will recommend you for being a good manager. Have you ignore grooming, feeding, exercising and boarding of horse? If no then you are the good manager. Take care of horses when ever they feel ill. Give them vaccination timely and love them. That is all which is sufficient to be excellent manager. This will make you perfect for future. Well, caring and loving the horses is enough to be good manager. Under this, many things can be considered like the grooming process, exercising process, feeding process and clothing etc. Tidiness should be focused also because if atmosphere is cool, neat and clean then by this smell and illness can be avoided. The manager is asked for these qualities only if it is done so then there is no need to take tension about whether you are good manager or not.
