Want to install a terrarium for lizards. Can anyone help me?

For installing a terrarium many things you have to keep in mind like the temperature, humidity, food to make a natural habitat for the lizards. You can include the heat lamp or the standard lighting to a hood of a glass fish tank for a lizard terrarium. You can attach the heat lamp with the mesh lid with the clip. I also have a terrarium for the lizards and in that I have set up the water and food dish for him. As every pet animal requires a dish of water from where he can drink and food dishes for the eating purpose. Answered by Laker 1 year ago

You can make use of some plants for the lizards. All plants don’t suit lizards, so take care in choosing them as some of them are poisonous to them. Some lizards have the habit of upsetting the roots and eating plants in that case you can take plastic fake plants. These fake plants are attractive and look similar to the real ones. You can put sand in terrarium if your lizard is from desert. For the temperate and tropical species you can take aspen wood particles. For the lizard terrarium you can select slow growing woody plants but it should not be climbers or vines. You can provide drainage. Pile or pour the drainage at one end which must be higher than the other to create a landscape. You can add some decor items like some wood pieces which help your lizard to climb on, and rocks which help with skin shedding and climbing and one electric heated rock so that the environment in the lizard terrarium would be warm for the lizards.
