What are the normal cat behaviors after a cat has a Cystotomy?
My cat goes through a surgery 2 days ago and the doctors removed 30 stones from his bladder but still he is acting like something is blocked. Is this normal after that kind of surgery? I called the emergency vet and my regular vet but they are saying that it could be normal or he could be blocked again. Don’t getting sufficient help! You need to care about the calcium build up. Make sure that you give him lots of water even if you have to force it. You can try giving ¼ cup cranberry juice in a full cup of water and make him drink. This will get rid of the calcium buildup. Finally the best thing to do is to call a professional vet As soon as possible and go for the checkups again to confirm if everything is alright or not. Answered by Mandy16 2 years ago
