What kind of toys should I get for my kitten?

I really like the fishing rod toys (it's a stick with a string and a toy at the end of the string) try putting catnip spray and the toy at the end of the string and watch you kitten transform from bored to hyper and happy ( make sure you let your kitten get a wiff of the spray on the toy). I also like laser pointers you can get these at any dollar store, depending on kittens prefrence they may love it or take no interest in the pointer. Almost all kittens and cats love honeysuckle. I usually will wet the honeysuckle and warm it for 15-20 seconds in the micorwave to release the smell of the wood.( be sure it is not to hot before giving it to your kitten) I also recomend if you don't have a scrach post you get one or your kitten will claw at you furniture. (it helps to spray catnip on the post to encourage the kitten to use it )Kittens love balls they like to bat them around this will occupy your kitten for hours. There are also some toys you can stuff with catnip those are always a hit. Answered by allie-kat 2 years ago
