If your cat has puked twice, then it would be advisable to take away the bowl of food and leave behind ample water. Don’t provide any more food. On the following day, try to give her some new food and if she does not puke, then its okay. If again the cat vomits then something is wrong with her stomach or digestive system. At that instant it would be advisable to take your cat to the veterinary doctor and then find out what is wrong with your cat.

If your cat is vomiting and is not eating the food at all, then you need to take some precautionary measures. Many a times the vomiting occurs due to improper digestion. Lay the cat down and whipe it up. Sometimes the cat is not able to digest the food properly and the puking occurs. Try some different food. If the cat is able to digest the new food and does not puke out, then it’s okay. If the puking continues and the color of the vomit is pinkish, then there is a possibility that your cat is inflicted with diarrhea. Instead of wasting any more time, it would be best for you to take her to a good veterinary clinic and go for proper treatment.

Puking out is a very common thing and you should not worry a lot. Cats have a very delicate digestive system and the vomiting happens so because of food poising or the food has not been digested properly. It would be advisable for you not to give food to your cat for half a day. Just give her ample water to drink. You would then find that your cat is okay and there is no need to worry any further.
